ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />Eleven Cambodian protesters are detained by police and security guards in Phnom Penh.<br/> <br />The activists had joined a march, and were delivering a petition to the French embassy, to seek help in securing the release of their fellow activists.<br/> <br />Guards at the city hall stopped the mostly female activists, and police took them for questioning. A city hall official said the protest was illegal.<br/> <br />Police have banned gatherings of more than 10 people, after a violent crackdown against demonstrations by garment factory workers earlier this month.<br/> <br />At least four people were killed in the protest, which gathered together about 350,000 people and posed one of the most serious challenges to Prime Minister Hun Sen's 30-year rule.
