Many members of Peru's Shining Path rebel group are serving jail sentences over a bombing that took place 20 years ago.<br /><br />Now a Peru judge will decide whether a new trial should be held.<br /><br />The hearing comes just months before Shining Path's 'number three' is due to be released from jail.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Mariana Sanchez reports from Lima.
