Crystal methamphetamine worth 22 million euros has been seized by Filipino police in the second major drug bust in Manila in the space of 10 days.<br /><br />Four suspects were arrested after wooden crates containing 272 kilograms of the substance were found in a van.<br /><br />The seizure was made as part of an operation launched last year and the arrests followed a tip-off from an informant.
