It's been hailed as a rare success story in an Arab region otherwise rife with conflict. Tunisia's adoption of a new constitution enshrining democratic freedoms, separation of powers, and women's rights is being held up as a model of what politics by consensus and compromise can reap. But the picture is of course far gloomier elsewhere - from Egypt to Syria to Libya, where the road to transition has seemed to veer dangerously off course.<br />So can the birthplace of the Arab Spring be a model for the region?
