Justin Bieber just can’t seem to stay out of the limelight for all the wrong reasons.<br /><br />Fresh from one brush with the law in the States he has now had another with police in his home country of Canada.<br /><br />This time he’s been charged with assaulting a limousine driver in Toronto in December.<br /><br />Bieber allegedly struck the driver on the back of the head several times while being taken from a nightclub to a hotel, along with five other passengers on December 30. He is due in court in March 10.<br /><br />Screaming fans of the 19 year old singer braved temperatures of minus 10 degrees Celsius to see their idol walk out of a Toronto police station.<br /><br />Earlier this month Bieber was charged by police in Miami with drag racing and driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana.<br /><br />Meanwhile an online petition calling for the US government to deport the troubled pop star has gone over the threshold needed for a White House response of more than 100,000 signatures
