For more than 20 years, the Pride of Calais served as a channel ferry for P&O Ferries, travelling between Dover and Calais until 2012.<br /><br />A video has surfaced showing the ship’s final journey heading to the shore at speed, before scraping to a standstill between two boats – a rather brutal and undignified end.<br /><br />The ship will now be taken apart and recycled.
