Pakistan overwhelmed with Afghan refugees

The administration of Pakistan's southwestern province, Balochistan, has appealed to the federal government for help to deal with its large refugee population.<br /><br />Some 1.6 million Afghans live in 81 refugee camps in Pakistan with limited access to education and employment opportunities.<br /><br />Many refugees cannot return home until there is peace in Afghanistan. Some have been living in Pakistan for over three decades.<br /><br />Afghanistan is expected to hold an election in April, but many Afghan refugees living in neighbouring countries will not be able to vote.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Osama Bin Javaid reports from Pishin, Pakistan.
