ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: Snow drifts and strong winds continued to cause problems in northern Serbia on Sunday.<br/> <br />On the road around the Serbian town, Subotica, 185 kilometers north of the capital Belgrade, Serbian emergency services have been saving passengers from stranded cars and trucks.<br/> <br />Rescuers deployed bulldozers and heavy machinery to open a main road as a column of cars got stuck overnight in snow drifts.<br/> <br />Authorities warned people in the north of the country not to travel unless it was absolutely necessary.
