For the first time, Spain has set fixed salaries for Crown Prince Felipe’s wife Princess Letizia and for his mother, Queen Sofia. <br /><br />The princess will be paid 102,464 euros in 2014. Queen Sofia will receive 131,739 euros.<br /><br />It is a move towards greater transparency for the scandal-hit royals.<br /><br />Last month, Princess Cristina, the younger daughter of King Juan Carlos, was charged with tax fraud and money-laundering.
