A suicide bomber has struck in the Lebanese capital. <br /><br />The bomber was reportedly on a minibus in southern Beirut when he detonated his explosives. <br /><br />One other person was killed in the attack. Three people were wounded. <br /><br />Lebanon is feeling the fallout from neighbouring Syria's civil war. <br /><br />Last month two bombs hit residential areas of Beirut where the Shia group Hezbollah has a strong presence. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nisreen El Shamayleh reports.
