A Spanish cargo ship breaks in two after hitting a sea wall off the southwestern coast of France Wednesday.<br/> <br />The vessel, called the Luno, was transporting fertilizer. It was hit by high winds following an engine problem, after the ship left port.<br/> <br />A dozen crew members were rescued -- with one reported injured.<br/> <br />Local media is reporting that France is raising a pollution alert after the accident.
