Flooding in Bolivia has engulfed entire towns and villages, and has affected more than 40,000 households. It's left residents hopeless, muddy and hungry.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) AFFECTED FLOOD VICTIM, RODOLFO MAYE, SAYING:<br/> <br />"The most urgent need is food and water for the entire community and we need our animals to be moved to higher places."<br/> <br />For now, aide helicopters are the only hope for some villagers -- and the Bolivian military doing what it can to reach out to those hit hardest.<br/> <br />The flooding, caused by a torrential downpour, has killed at least 38 people.<br/> <br />For these communities that depend on livestock, nearly 100,000 head of cattle are threatened by the rising waters, and 6,000 hectares of crops have already been destroyed.<br/> <br />And forecasters are predicting more rain...
