U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland met Thursday with Ukraine's president about anti-government protests that have swept the former Soviet republic since November. But it's a private conversation the State Department official had that is making news.<br/> <br />Audio posted on YouTube reveals a frank exchange between Nuland and the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine about efforts to resolve the ongoing political crisis.
