The Miami Beach Police Department has released surveillance video from the night Justin Bieber was arrested for driving under the influence, and driving with an expired license in January.<br/> <br />After removing his red shoes, video shows police frisking the teenage celebrity.<br/> <br />Following the incident he was released on bail.<br/> <br />But Bieber has had a string of legal run-ins lately.<br/> <br />Most recently, his private jet was searched by U.S. Customs Officials after the smell of marijuana was allegedly detected on some of his entourage.
