Iran's Supreme Leader went on the offensive on Saturday.<br/> <br />He accused the U.S. of lying in its statements of friendship towards Iran.<br/> <br />Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was speaking to an audience of airforce officers to mark the 35th anniversary of the 1979 Islamic revolution.<br/> <br />He cautioned his nation to keep a watchful eye during negotiations with the U.S. over its nuclear program.<br/> <br />It comes just ten days before Tehran and world powers start talks on a long-term deal over Iran's nuclear aspirations.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE (Farsi) GRAND AYATOLLAH SEYED ALI KHAMENEI SAYING:<br/> <br />"American authorities use one tone in private meetings with the authorities of our country and as soon as they part and go outside they use a different tone.
