French President Francois Hollande will be traveling solo as he heads to the U.S. for a state visit.<br/> <br />Hollande and his former partner Valerie Trierweiler were named on the official statement announcing the visit.<br/> <br />Hollande has since announced his split with her, after an alleged affair with an actress.<br/> <br />Dominique Moisi, a senior advisor at the French Institute for International Relations, says Hollande's solo trip is a notable change from when John F.
