An Algerian military transport plane has crashed in the east of the country killing, it is believed, all 103 people on board.<br /><br />The plane reportedly came down in bad weather in a mountainous area of the Oum El Bouaghi province, some 500 kilometres from the capital.<br /><br />The plane was carrying military personnel and their relatives.
