Katanga is the wealthiest province in the Democratic Republic of Congo.<br /><br />It's rich in minerals, holding the largest cobalt deposits in the world and a great deal of copper.<br /><br />But an armed group known as Mai Mai Kata Katanga is fighting for the province to become an independent state.<br /><br />And recent violence has left hundreds of thousands of people displaced.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Haru Mutasa reports from Katanga.
