ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Seoul on Thursday (February 13) for talks with South Korean counterparts on North Korea and regional issues.<br/> <br />Kerry landed at Seoul Air Base on Thursday afternoon for a two-day state visit, the first stop on his week-long trip to Seoul, Beijing, Jakarta and Abu Dhabi.<br/> <br />Kerry will meet South Korean President Park Geun-hye and the country's Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se later in the day to reaffirm the strength of their alliance and discuss ways to expand cooperation on regional and global issues, the U.S. State Department said.<br/> <br />A joint news conference with Yun follows the meeting.<br/> <br />In South Korea, main topic will be North Korea, which over the weekend rescinded an invitation to a U.S. diplomat to visit Pyongyang to discuss the fate of an imprisoned U.S. missionary.<br/> <br />Kenneth Bae, a 45-year-old Korean-American, has been held for more than a year in North Korea after being
