Ingredients: <br />50 gms sugar <br />3 - 4 tbsp water <br />125 gms grated green apples <br />50 gms finely chopped cashew nuts <br />1/2 tsp ginger juice <br />1/8 cup butter <br />1 tbsp castor sugar <br />1/4 cup plain flour <br />1/2 tbsp rice flour <br />Mint leaves <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Melt the sugar in a pan after adding little water to it <br />- Add apple to it and let it cook till all the liquid dries up and the apples are nicely coated with the sugar syrup <br />- Pour in the chopped cashew, ginger juice and cook it till its dry <br />- Take it off the flame and let it cool <br />- Mix butter, sugar and beat it to make it light and fluffy mixture <br />- Add plain flour, rice flour to it and mix it and make a good dough out of it <br />- Roll the dough into a not too thick not too thin crust and cut out heart shaped portions from it <br />- Place them in a baking tray, prick them a bit <br />- Put the baking tray in oven and bake it at 120 c for 10 - 15 mins approx <br />- Take a baked cookie and put the apple topping on it <br />- Garnish it with a mint leaf and serve it <br /> <br />Director: (Neha Sarkar) <br />Camera: (Jay Nayak / Kawaldeep Jangwal) <br />Editing: (Prateik Jain) <br />Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Producer: Rajjat A.
