In Delhi, Delhi CM Arvind kejriwal has resigned and Capital is set to come under President's Rule.This will be the first time Delhi will witness President's Rule.President's Rule will come into effect after promulgation of a notification by President Pranab Mukherjee. It has to be then endorsed by Parliament through a resolution under Article 356 of the Constitution.
