ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br /> <br />STORY: North Korean leader Kim Jong-un on Sunday visited the giant mausoleum where the embalmed body of his father lies in state.<br /> <br />North Korea's state-run television KRT showed Kim visiting the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun with top state officials. The visit was part of celebrations marking late leader Kim Jong-il's birthday.<br /> <br />In the video, Kim bowed deeply in front of statues of the his father Kim Jong-il and his grandfather Kim Il-Sung, who founded the communist state.<br /> <br />The mausoleum is dedicated to the two deceased members of the Kim clan.<br /> <br />North Koreans are told that Kim Jong Il was born on February 16, 1942.
