This tutorial shows hot to build a fully automatic sugarcane farm for minecraft 1.8 made in 14w07a. <br />Fully automatic means it will harvest totally on its own as soon as the chunk is loaded. <br />it won't create much lag but the constant harvest fill up the chests quickly so when you were caving in the area check it once in a while.
