There were scenes of jubilation in Tripoli’s Martyrs Square on Monday as Libyans marked the third anniversary of the revolution that brought down long-time dictator Moammar Gadhafi.<br /><br />The streets have been decked with Libya’s revolutionary flag.<br /><br />Not everybody is celebrating, though. Many people in the OPEC oil-producing nation are angry over political chaos and a lack of progress towards democracy over the last three years.<br /><br />In an apparent effort to appease people, the president announced on Monday that Libya’s parliament will call elections “as early as possible.”
