ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br /> <br />Scores of protesters and policemen were injured when anti-government protesters and police engaged in street battles in central Kiev on Tuesday (February 18).<br /> <br />A parliamentary deputy said on Facebook that three demonstrators had been killed. The report could not immediately be confirmed.<br /> <br />Ukrainian interior ministry said one man was killed, without specifying if he was a protester or a policeman. Ukrainian interior ministry also said several policemen have been wounded.<br /> <br />Several protesters have been wounded and were treated by medics on the side of the clashes.<br /> <br />The protesters had marched on to parliament but were prevented to do so by police.
