With relentless bloodshed in Central African Republic, doctors are in high demand.<br/> <br />In video shot by the charity group Doctors Without Borders, doctors treat injured adults and children in the Bouar hospital.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (French) DOCTOR WILFRIED, DIRECTOR OF BOUAR HOSPITAL, SAYING:<br/> <br />"We received a lot of injured people, some by bullets, which have resulted in fractures, penetrating wounds to the thorax, penetrating wounds of the abdomen."<br/> <br />The group calls the violence against civilians "extreme."<br/> <br />UN officials estimate that at least 2,000 people have killed.<br/> <br />The ongoing sectarian conflict has displaced around 1 million people.<br/> <br />And there are no signs about when these residents can go home.
