The votes are in and Ukraine's parliament says President Viktor Yanukovich is out.<br/> <br />Celebration ensues as the Ukrainian parliament impeaches their president and sets early elections for May 25.<br/> <br />The impeachment comes after days of deadly fighting that saw 77 people killed.<br/> <br />Yanukovich called his impeachment a coup and defied calls for his resignation.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Ukrainian) UKRAINIAN PRESIDENT VIKTOR YANUKOVICH, SAYING:<br/> <br />"I'm not going to leave Ukraine or go anywhere. I'm not going to resign. I'm a legitimately elected president. I was given guarantees by all international mediators which I worked with - that they are giving me security guarantees.
