***AVAILABLE IN HD***<br />To all who requested this video, thank you! :) Hope you enjoy watching the time lapse of cleaning Streudel's cage. STEPS:<br />1. Remove all toys<br />2. Remove all bedding. I always save a handful or two, and bits of toilet paper to put back in his sleeping spots for familiarity.<br />3. Wipe down cage with damp rag and gentle soap. Wipe again to remove soap residue. Wipe again to dry. Let dry for 10 minutes before refilling.<br />4. Refill with clean bedding.<br />5. Replace toys. (I wash toys on a separate day.)<br />6. Replace hamster. :D <br />7. Sit back and watch!<br />===============<br />This is a DIY cage I built with melamine wood, an upside down table, plexiglass, and silicone. It cost around $112.
