ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Wednesday (February 26) praised Arizona Governor Jan Brewer's decision to veto a controversial bill that critics have called anti-gay and discriminatory.<br/> <br />She credited Brewer with "recognizing that inclusive leadership is really what the 21rst century is all about," told students and faculty during a visit to the University of Miami.<br/> <br />The measure, passed by the Republican-controlled state legislature last week, would have allowed business owners to cite personal religious beliefs as legal grounds for refusing to serve same-sex couples or any other prospective customers.
