In the United States, the fight against obesity is about to target food labelling and packaging.<br /> <br />A proposal has been made that would require food manufacturers to feature nutritional information more prominently.<br /> <br />It is the first shake-up of its kind in the US in 20 years, and has the backing of the First Lady Michelle Obama.<br /> <br />Al Jazeera’s Kristen Saloomey reports.
