The calm seen here on the streets of Ukraine's Crimea could soon be gone.<br/> <br />On Saturday, Russian President Vladimir Putin submitted a proposal to parliament on using Russian Armed Forces in Crimea.<br/> <br />The move sets up yet another showdown with the west.<br/> <br />Government buildings and airports in Crimea remain under the control of armed men, who seized areas early Friday.<br/> <br />Back in Kiev, the new prime minister, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, said the country would not bow to Russia's actions.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Ukrainian) UKRAINIAN PRIME MINISTER, ARSENIY YATSENIUK, SAYING:<br/> <br />"An inadequate Russian presence on the territory of the Crimea is nothing but a provocation.
