Rediscovery of WBGU TV Artbeat Music Video 1983 <br />In 1983 Bill Schurk of the BGSU Music Library made 20 "Soundie Films" from the 1940's available for my Artbeat show on WBGU TV. I produced five music videos from the film stock. Three are in poor condition in my archives. A fourth was permanently lost during Hurricane Sandy flooding. Today I spent the day at the BGSU Library going through Archives of WBGU Programming from the eighties. Late this afternoon I discovered the 3/4 inch tape of the show where Little Otis and The Upsetters appeared and this music film that ran at the same time the band played on air. A pristine take.
