ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: A group of mainly women in Simferepol were attacked by pro-Russian protesters outside a Ukrainian army base in the CRimean capital Simferepol on Wednesday.<br/> <br />The women, who were calling for peace and dialogue over the days old crisis were attacked by several men who tore down their hand-written posters from them and tried to chase them from the scene.<br/> <br />Local media said the men had arrived earlier in the morning.<br/> <br />Crimea is under control of Russian forces who seized it last week, although Moscow says "self defense" units of men in uniform without insignia are not under its command.
