The U.S. has imposed sanctions against unnamed Ukrainians and Russians who it says were involved in the military intervention in Crimea.<br /><br />The steps include visa bans on those the US said are threatening the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Rosiland Jordan reports from Washington DC.
