Police in Algeria have made several arrests in the capital Algiers during demonstrations against the president’s decision to stand for a fourth term in April.<br /><br />Protesters and opposition leaders believe President Abdelaziz Bouteflika is too weak to run for election. <br /><br />The 77-year-old suffered a stroke last year.
