An Egyptian court has suspended the trial of deposed president Mohamed Mursi who is accused of inciting the killing of protesters during unrest in 2012.<br /><br />Lawyers for one of the defendants accused a judge of bias, claiming he gave his opinion on the charges during a television appearance.
