Former chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has sent a letter to Chief Justice of Pakistan Tassaduq Hussain Jillani to take action on deaths in Tharparkar due to famine. <br /> <br />More than 60 children have died in Tharparkar due to hunger. Reports said that government had tons of wheat in store but did not distribute it to the local people. <br /> <br />Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said that the children died due to cold.
