Balls to the Wall is the fifth album by the German metal band Accept, which was released in 1983. <br /><br />Accept was a German heavy metal band from the town of Solingen, originally assembled in the early 1970s by Udo Dirkschneider. <br /><br />The band has played an important role in the development of speed metal and European power metal.
