Residents of the mainly-Shi'ite al-Qahera district of Baghdad start clearing up after Saturday's deadly car bombing.<br/> <br />At least four civilians died in the blast near a popular market.<br/> <br />More than a dozen others have been wounded.<br/> <br />Shops and cars in the area were also damaged.<br/> <br />It wasn't immediately clear who was behind the bloodshed.<br/> <br />Even so, violence against Shi'ites is often blamed on al Qaeda-linked Sunni Islamists.<br/> <br />There's been wave after wave of attacks in Baghdad since April as the precarious peace since the end of Iraq's sectarian war in 2008 has unravelled.<br/> <br />The latest bombing comes as Iraq's prime minister wages a war against Sunni militants in the western Anbar province of Syria
