Made By Mithila Selvadurai. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />75 g fromage frais <br />50 g sugar <br />100 g Atwell or Perfect Fit (Diabetes Sugar) <br />200 g of wheat flour <br />2 tsp. ground cinnamon <br />1 tsp. soda <br />2 ½ cups buttermilk <br /> <br />Frosting: <br />1 Tbsp. oil margarine <br />50 g Perfect Bedding <br />1 tsp. vanilla sugar <br />1 tsp. cocoa <br />1 - 1 ½ tbsp. cold, strong coffee. <br /> <br />Mix fromage and sugar well. Mix and stir Diabetes sugar, flour, cinnamon and baking soda in with buttermilk. Stir the dough until it is smooth. <br /> <br />Use a springform pan (about 24 cm in diameter). Bake at 200 º C for approx. 30 minutes. At the lowermost groove.
