North Koreans have gone to polling stations to vote for a new parliament.<br /><br />The vote for the Supreme People's Assembly is the first in five years and the first under leader Kim Jong Un.<br /><br />But with only one candidate running for each district, the vote appears to be little more than a rubber-stamp.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Stefanie Dekker reports.
