Turkey mourns death of boy hurt in protests last year

Thousands are marching and mourning in Turkey.<br/> <br />The march comes after the death of a 15-year-old boy hurt in protests last year.<br/> <br />Berkin Elvan, then aged 14, was out to buy bread for his family in Istanbul when he was struck in the head by a tear gas canister and went into a coma.<br/> <br />Silence and frustration among these mourners.<br/> <br />He says "Mothers, fathers, they killed Berkin at age 15."<br/> <br />Turkey's President Abdullah Gul expressed his sorrow at a news conference.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Turkish) TURKISH PRESIDENT ABDULLAH GUL SAYING:<br/> <br />"I express my condolences to the family of the deceased and share their pain.
