Pro-Kremlin protesters have taken control of the prosecutors office in the eastern Ukranian city of Donetsk.<br /><br />In addition demonstrators have occupied the security service headquarters.<br /><br />The offices of the Industrial Union of Donbass, which is chaired by the city’s governor oligarch Serhiy Taruta, have also been taken over by pro-Kremlin groups.<br /><br />Protesters are demanding a referendum similar to the one in Crimea. <br /><br />Demonstrators removed the Ukrainian flag from the prosecutors offices and replaced it with the Russian tricolour.
