A car bomb has exploded in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley killing at least four people. <br /><br />The area is a stronghold of the armed group Hezbollah which has been fighting on the government's side in neighbouring Syria. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Caroline Malone reports.
