A third person has died on Monday after a drunken driver allegedly plowed into a crowd of people at South By Southwest music festival in Austin last Thursday.<br /><br />The third victim that has died from injuries sustained in last week's South By Southwest crash is 26-year-old Austin resident from a Vietnamese family, Sandy Thuy Le. Le was one of the five people listed in critical condition after the incident last Thursday. She died on Monday surrounded by her family. <br /><br />Rashad Charjuan Owens, 21. from Kileen, Texas has been charged with capital murder for the incident and is held in lieu of $3 million bond. Police said Owens fled from a sobriety checkpoint when he crashed through a barricade and then plowed down pedestrians who were outside the Mohawk music club.<br /><br />Two other victims, 35-year-old Dutchman Steven Craenmehr and 27-year-old Jamie West of Austin were killed at the scene.
