This video is a DIY easy way to make a fun and cute tulle skirt.<br />You will need the following for this project:<br />1. About 3 spools of 25yrd. length and 5in. width of tulle. One spool of tulle makes around 25 to 30 strips depending on the length you desire.<br />2. A pair of scissors to cut the tulle.<br />3. A cardboard cut out of the length you would like your skirt to be.<br />4. A piece of elastic cut to your waist measurement. <br />5. A Bucket to wrap the elastic around or you can also use two chairs to tie the elastic to.<br />6.Some tape to keep the tulle secure to the cardboard cutout, so that you can easily cut the tulle into strips.<br />Hope you like making your own personal tulle skirt creation!!
