When news reaches Crimea that President Vladimir Putin signed a treaty making the Black Sea peninsula part of Russia -- celebrations.<br/> <br />Putin called Crimea "an inseparable part of Russia."<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Russian) SEVASTOPOL RESIDENT IRINA YAROVAYA, SAYING:<br/> <br />"It is such a momentous day today.
