Almost sixty people have been killed by the Ebola virus which has spread across the west African country of Guinea in recent weeks.<br /><br />There are fears it could spread to neighbouring Sierra Leone.<br /><br />90% of people who contract the virus die, and doctors are desperately trying to stop the outbreak.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Gerald Tan reports.
