Ingredients: <br />Oil -- 1 tbsp <br />Onion - 2 small (chopped) <br />Garlic - 8 - 9 cloves (chopped) <br />Galangal - 1 big pc <br />Celery -- 1/4 cup (chopped) <br />Lemon grass stalk -- 1 (chopped) <br />Thai red chilli -- 25 -- 30 <br />Chilli garlic sauce -- 5 tbsp <br />Light soya sauce -- 1 tbsp <br />White vinegar -- 2 tbsp <br />Cinnamon powder -- 1/4 tsp <br />Salt - 1/4 tsp <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Heat oil in a pan and add onions to it <br />- Saute the onions for a few seconds and add cloves of garlic <br />- Add galangal, celery, lemon grass, thai red chilli, chilli garlic sauce, soya sauce, white vinegar, cinnamon powder, salt and mix everything well.. <br />Saute this for a couple of mins and take it off the flame and cool it <br />- Grind fired onions in a smooth paste using a grinder <br />- Remove the smooth paste in a air tight contain jar and use as per need. <br /> <br />Director: Neha Sarkar <br />Camera: Vaibhav Dhandha, Jay Nayak <br />Editing: Ravi Varma <br />Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Producer: Rajjat A.
