The Kenyan government says all refugees living in urban areas have been ordered to return to their camps<br /><br />Citing security concerns, it's trying to end attacks in retaliation for Kenya's intervention in neighbouring Somalia. <br /><br />There's been a surge in violence since it sent troops to fight the Somali-based Al Shabab group in 2011. <br /><br />Al Jazeera talks to Mohamed Ali Hassan, President of the Somali-American Peace Council.
